TRANSACTION PROCEDURE

  1. Reports received during the period are counted as absenteeism. For this reason, reports received during the period are not processed.
  2. Make-up exams are held only for students with valid reports during the final exam period.
  3. Reports received from private hospitals and doctors are invalid.
  4. The reports that our students first receive from our University physician are valid.
  5. Or the reports given by the department of official hospitals referred by the University Physician are valid.
  6. Only reports received from the emergency polyclinic of official health institutions, without receiving a referral from the student's institution doctor, are valid.
  7. Regarding dental diseases, only reports received from official health institutions are valid.
  8. Reports received on weekends, holidays, or from outside Ankara only by logging in from the emergency polyclinic of official health institutions are valid.
  9. Students who are on leave for more than five weeks in a semester will have their student rights suspended for that semester and will be considered on leave.
