Student Certificate
- Student Certificate is a document showing that students registered at our university and benefiting from student rights are students at our university..
- Available in Turkish or English.
- Can be obtained from the Department of Students Affairs Office o Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- It can be received via e-mail by sending a request to https://oidb@ostimteknik.edu.tr/ via student e-mail.
- Can be obtained with electronic signature through the Student Information System (OBS).
Transcript
- It is a document showing the courses, grades, credits and weighted grade point averages of the students on a semester basis.
- Available in Turkish or English.
- Can be obtained from the Department of Students Affairs Office o Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Disciplinary Status Certificate
- It is a document showing whether the student has received any disciplinary punishment during his/her education at our university.
- Available in Turkish or English.
- Can be obtained from the Department of Students Affairs Office o Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- It can be received via e-mail by sending a request to https://oidb@ostimteknik.edu.tr/ via student e-mail.
Temporary Graduation Certificate
- It is the document showing that the student who has graduated has graduated until the diploma printing processes are completed.
- The student is required to submit this document to the Department of Students Affairs Office when receiving his/her diploma.
- Available in Turkish.
