6-12 Temmuz 2026 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilecek NATO Zirvesi kapsamında alınan tedbirler doğrultusunda Üniversitemiz hizmetlerini uzaktan çalışma yöntemiyle sürdürecektir.
Bu nedenle, söz konusu tarihler arasında Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığı ofisimiz fiziki olarak hizmet veremeyecek olup soru, talep ve ihtiyaçlarınız için e-posta aracılığıyla bizimle iletişime geçmeniz gerekmektedir.
Bu süre içerisinde ihtiyaç duyduğunuz resmi belgelere, Öğrenci Bilgi Sistemi (OBS) üzerinden başvuru yaparak e-imzalı olarak ulaşabilirsiniz. Ancak, ıslak imzalı belge düzenlenmesi ve teslimi bu tarihler arasında gerçekleştirilemeyecektir.
13 Temmuz 2026 tarihi itibarıyla Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığı ofisimiz yeniden yüz yüze hizmet vermeye başlayacak olup tüm işlemlerimiz rutin şekilde sürdürülecektir.
İl-Göç İdaresi için evrak teslim işlemleri de 13 Temmuz 2026 itibariyle devam edecektir.

In line with the measures implemented for the NATO Summit, which will take place from 6 to 12 July 2026, our University will continue its operations through remote working during this period.
Accordingly, the Office of Student Affairs will not be able to provide in-person services between 6 and 12 July 2026. For any questions, requests, or assistance, please contact us via email.
During this period, you may obtain the official documents you need by submitting a request through the Student Information System (OBS). Your documents will be issued with an electronic signature (e-signature). However, documents bearing a handwritten (wet) signature cannot be issued or delivered during this period.
As of 13 July 2026, the Office of Student Affairs will resume its regular in-person services, and all administrative procedures will continue as usual.
Document submission procedures for the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management will also resume as of 13 July 2026.
